Job Title: Online Game Operations and Customer Support Department: Operations Overall Responsibility: Test games to verify and improve functionality, content, performance, and playability Collect and investigate info to solve in-game issues, exploits, and bugs.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
1. Support game community by answering inquiries through CRM with help of technical tools.
2. Responding and processing Email request while coordinating with the team.
3. Plan and implement in-game community events to retain current users and attract new users.
4. Build a trust between the game users to help expand the community.
Desired Skills & Experience:
1. Excellent written, verbal and teamwork communication abilities.
2. Willing to work on a rotational shift schedule and holidays as needed.
3. Proactive, problem solving, extra mile going, excellence seeking, leadership track record in life.
4. Experience in playing massively multiplayer online games to a high capability level.
5. Minimum one year of working experience in gaming or customer support is an added advantage.
